Lisa Briand President
Lisa Briand has over 20 years’ experience in model merchandising and builder marketing. As President of UBS, her passion is helping homebuilders create model homes that move buyers to action while running a company where talented professionals can be creative, successful, and give back to their communities. A graduate of the University of Miami, she lives in Camas, WA with her husband Alain, her son Mason, and Jack Russell mix, Max.
Deanna Dickinson Vice President of Design
Being a third-generation interior design professional, Deanna grew up helping her mother and grandmother on their projects while working summers in the family retail furniture business. Having earned her BFA in Interior Design from Appalachian State University in 1989, she has over 29 years’ experience in the design industry and has received multiple “best interior design “awards. Deanna and her husband are empty nesters living in Hickory, NC.
Dawn Kines Snow Senior Interior Designer
Dawn started her career as a design assistant for Beazer Homes in house design team in 2002. She has been in the model home merchandising field ever since as Designer and Senior Designer. She attended school at Georgia College & State University & with over 17 years in the model home industry she has an impressive portfolio designing many styles to meet her client’s specific needs. Dawn loves spending time traveling with her husband Dave & her fur baby, Patch.
Emily Maier Interior Designer
Emily earned her BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2005. With a passion for residential design, she began her career in model merchandising right from the beginning and has worked with UBS since 2014. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients and designing modern spaces with a timeless aesthetic that are memorable for buyers nationwide. Emily lives in Arizona, is an avid golfer, and loves traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Melissa Geiger Design Lead
Melissa Geiger started designing spaces since the day she was old enough to play with her dollhouse, moving furniture from one room to another. She attended The International Academy of Design to pursue her passion of Interior Design, while interning at a local design firm. Her love of color, fabrics, furniture, and material selection is apparent with every design scheme she creates. While not on the job, Melissa can be found at home with her husband and 2 young daughters, resisting the urge to rearrange the Living Room.
Megan Moore Design Lead
Megan earned her BFA in Interior Design at the International Academy of Design, Tampa 2004. Bringing with her 10 years of model and furniture merchandising experience; she joined the UBS team in 2014. She enjoys creating designs that are eclectic, calming and incorporate green, natural elements. Megan loves cooking, yoga and spending free time with friends, her husband Ron, and their two energetic Boston Terriers-Angus and Peaches.
Jennifer Jensen Interior Designer
With over 10 years of experience as a designer, Jennifer's approach to model home design is thoughtful and buyer-centric. Whether it's your city's professional sports team, your local music scene, or incorporating local landmarks, she will be sure to include thoughtful details throughout your model that will make your buyers feel right at home. Her favorite spaces to create are fun kids' rooms and she has enjoyed partnering with the Make-a-Wish Foundation to give kids bedroom makeovers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two young children, gardening, trying new recipes, everything Harry Potter, and playing with her golden retriever, Duke.
Alisha Goggans Interior Designer
Alisha earned her degree in Interior Design and Marketing from Appalachian State University in 2006. With thirteen years’ experience in model home merchandising, Alisha enjoys creating spaces that are memorable and fun, while functional. Alisha loves to spend her free time staying active with her husband Kris and two young children, John Thomas and Ruby along with their Westie, Lainey.
Lynn Hamby Project Manager
Lynn graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College in North Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. A career in Furniture Marketing and Design led to the opportunity to join a model home merchandising division in 2002. All of these experiences have served her well as a Project Manager at UBS. Lynn spends her free time with her family, friends, pets, and remodeling projects.
Christen Lehr Interior Designer
Christen graduated from The Art Institute with a BFA in Interior Design in 2012. She has spent time working at a Kitchen & Bath design firm in addition to assisting homeowners with renovations, new construction and project management before joining Ultimate Builder Services in 2015. Her personal passion for residential design allows her to stay on top of ever-changing design trends to create memorable and aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients. Outside of designing Christen loves the time spent with her husband Andrew and young daughter Olivia.
Lindsey Thomas Project Manager
Lindsey brings over 15 years’ experience to our team with her logistics, procurement and project management skills and ten years’ experience specifically in model home logistics. Lindsey received her MBA at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and now resides in Madison, Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two young girls, dog and traveling as a family.
Becky Heller Accounting Team
Becky started with UBS in 2016 as part of the accounting team. She brings an extensive background in multiple industries to UBS. Based in NC, she is married and loves to spend time with her 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Julianna Smith Design Assistant
Julianna began working for UBS helping on installs mainly in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. A few months later, in early 2018, she officially joined the UBS team as a Design Assistant. Before UBS, she devoted her time to working in retail management and taking classes at the University of Phoenix. Julianna currently resides in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
Michelle Benet Interior Designer
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2008. After spending several years in the furniture industry she moved her focus to model home merchandising. Her design aesthetic is always evolving as she loves to design eclectic and inviting spaces. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and their three young children, Caden, Sloane and Sadie.
Lisa Radicioni Design Assistant
Lisa is a born and raised Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University. She has always had a passion for interior design and loves being able to learn from and assist her designers in any way they need. She has two kids, Hadley and Garrett, and married her Junior High Sweetheart.
Janine Martin Design Assistant
Janine's passion for design can be traced back to her love of touring model homes with her Mom. Inspired by what she saw, Janine would recreate those designs by using what she could find around the house. After raising twin daughters she decided to achieve her lifelong dream of becoming a designer by attending the Interior Design Institute and began working in Colorado on varied design projects. She loves traveling for installs, meeting new people, assisting others, finding ways to improve work-flow and in her spare time, Janine enjoys traveling and having adventures with her Hubby.
Cindy Beasley Controller
As Cindy earned her Business Administration/Finance degree at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. With 30 years of accounting and administrative experience, Cindy enjoys crunching the numbers and finding places to fine-tune the process to be more efficient and effective for our builder clients. Cindy loves to spend free time with her husband Mike and 3 children, Christian, Mollie and Blake. They enjoy working together on the Fallen Heroes ministry which honors the lives of the soldiers that have given their life in sacrifice to our country from the state of NC.
Jamie Thompson Senior Project Manager
Jamie is our senior project manager with over 15 years in model home project management. She started her career in model home merchandising in 2004 at Furniture Brands Builder Services in Conover, NC and has been with UBS since its inception. Jamie and her husband enjoy spending their free time traveling the world and visiting family and friends.
Alessandra Lasanta Marketing Coordinator
As Marketing Coordinator, Alessandra maintains our company's social media presence. Graduating from University of Miami with a BS in Public Relations & Sociology and a minor in Marketing, most of Alessandra’s career has been working for advertising agencies. When not on Facebook or Instagram, you can find her spending time with her two teenage children (son & daughter) and her dog Charlie and cat Weston.
Candace Sanders Interior Design Assistant
Candace began her love for interior design at an early age helping friends and family with their homes in Dallas, Texas. Once she moved to Pittsburgh, PA she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She spent 6 years managing a furniture store, working closely with clients creating their dream spaces. Candace loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, two cats, and two dogs.
Melissa Ingrassia Interior Designer
Melissa earned her BFA in Interior Design at the International Academy of Design & Technology in 2013. She has a passion for Interior Design and admiration for all things beautiful, from all forms of arts to every simple detail of life. She has experience in Residential Interior Design and Residential/Commercial Architectural Drafting. She prides herself on being a well-versed designer and building strong relationships with her clients. Melissa loves spending time with her fiancé and her two daughters at the beach, on their boat and at theme parks.
Sallie Sullivan Design Assistant
After many years as an Event Planner, a change in pace encouraged Sallie to pursue an Interior Design degree. Many of her strengths from planning events easily transitioned into the design world. Her strong organizational skills and her attention to detail have proven to be invaluable as she supports the designers behind the scenes. Sallie enjoys gardening and cooking and spending time with her wonderful friends and family.
Teresa Marsh Interior Designer
Teresa grew up between the continents of North America, Asia and Europe, landing in the US to pursue higher education in Philadelphia. She has always had a passion for interior design, and finally took the leap to pursue that passion starting in real estate staging and residential design and landing in model home merchandising, which is the best of both of those worlds. As a thoughtful innovator, the interior design field has given Teresa the opportunity to combine her world view, her drive for problem solving and her love of the arts to create spaces that are practical as well as beautiful. She is a dedicated mother to her teenage son and daughter, a cat enthusiast and in her quiet time can be found unwinding to various genres of live music and standup comedy.
Bella Zorrilla Design Lead
Bella earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel and Textile Design with a minor in Applied Art in 2002 at Michigan State University. In an attempt to escape the cold Michigan winters, she found home and a career in the exciting and beautiful city of Atlanta. With over 16 years of experience decorating model homes and a true passion for design, Bella loves to create gorgeous spaces with a modern and trendy touch. She loves to travel, dance, and experience all the wonders of life and new motherhood with her husband Willi and son Tristan.
Pamela Gingras Design Assistant
Pamela began working at UBS as a model installer and then moved on to becoming a Design Assistant where her interest in design continues to grow. Pamela received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Richmond, Virginia where she was born and raised. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with Dave(husband) and Will (son).
Katherine McShane Design Assistant
Katherine graduated from George Mason University in 2019 with a degree in Communications with a concentration in Media Production. She works as a Live Broadcast Operator on the weekends for ESPN sports broadcasts. During the week, she assists her lead designer with design work and installs. She has always been intrigued by interior design and loves decorating household interiors. She currently lives with her fiancé in Virginia and enjoys spending her free time doing puzzles, binging TV shows, and going to local restaurants..
Rachel Conner Interior Designer
Rachel has always had a passion for design and creativity and has been working with model merchandising for the last five years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from North Georgia College and State University and shortly after she discovered her true passion: creating a space where people feel at home. Rachel loves free time with her husband and three kids, traveling, and baking.
Traci Washburn Design Assistant
Traci is a Houston native with a passion for real estate and home design. Her love for exploring model homes and decorating has given her a unique perspective on the industry. In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and gardening. Traci and her husband are proud parents to triplet daughters. Her experience as a mother has taught her the importance of balance and time management, which she brings to her work.
Chelsea Moore Interior Designer Assistant
Chelsea joined the UBS team in early 2024 as a design assistant. Her interest began as a young girl and much of that is attributed to her mothers interior design interest and skills. Growing up moving around quite a bit, it was the thing she was most excited about when she got to decide how she wanted to design her new bedroom. She looks forward to utilizing her skills from her corporate background while also satisfying the creative side of her brain! Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband camping with their fur baby Talulah, going out on the water, hiking, exploring new places and of course redecorating their first home together.
